Excellent tour with knowledgeable and helpful guides. Fantastic accommodation throughout and delicious meals. This tour involves a significant amount of walking so wear comfy footwear.

An excellent range of tours to choose from. Luke, who talked us through the booking was personable and helpful. Our initial request for an appointment was a little less helpful.
We can’t comment on the tour as we have only just booked and could therefore only recommend the booking service.

Very helpful company without being pushy, listened to my requirements and came up with a good package at a reasonable price. Could have found a cheaper tour but with companies who are not ATOL and ABTA linked, this is something we were keen to have. Also holiday booking includes flights to and from China something which the China based tour companies don't seem to do. Thanks Wendy Wu tours looking forward to our holiday next year with you.

Booking was very efficient and sound advice was given. Air China was amazingly good considering I had read some fairly bad accounts of their services.
Hotels we stayed in were of a good quality.
Internal flight and Bullet train were excellent.

Local guides very informative and with good English. Fin in Chendu had excellent English. Sites amazing as expected.

None of this would have held together without our national guide, Ivan, who was outstanding. Dealing with the language, regulations, airport and train stations would have been a nightmare without him. He was amazingly calm, well organised, kind and efficient. How he didn't lose some of us in the Forbidden City I will never know.

The whole tour from the moment we were met in China by our National Guide, Ivan, was first class, giving us a truly wonderful holiday. Highly recommend Wendy Woo for China.

Product :

The whole experience was first class thanks to our National Guide, Ivan, and the team of local guides who helped us to make the most of a short tour. It was full of wonders such as the Great Wall, the Terracotta Warriors, the pandas, palaces, parks, gardens etc plus great food, shows and a great bunch of travelling companions.

Jason Gao (National guide) was amazing and local Guide Susan in Chengdu and Andy in Beijing were good/

Product :

Hotels at Beijing and Xi'an were good, especially the Boffo L in Xi'an (which we believe was brand new to Wend Wu Tours). Hotel in Chengdu was disappointing - staff did not speak much English, not very helpful, room was disappointing.

Very good tour of the highlights of China. The guides couldn’t do enough to accommodate everyone and deserve a special mention. The hotels flights and coaches were all of a good standard. There was plenty of variety in the meals. In terms of drinks offered we were restricted to the same high sugar fizzy drinks or nothing which may need looking into. There were no sugar free options available. Despite this being marketed at a level 1 physical activity tour it involved a lot of walking on hilly areas and mountain ascent due to itenerary which was physically demanding and we were not prewarned about this. Overall it is a good value tour and perfect for an insight into China. I would book with Wendy Wu again and recommend them to family and friends.

We booked our dream holiday to China- In Pursuit of Pandas Tour -Christmas/New year and what an Unforgettable experience it was!!! From start to finish we were looked after by Jason are national guide who was an absolute star.My husband has a shellfish allergy which I was concerned bout but Jason phoned ahead every restaurant we visited to inform them-and every restaurant we visited the food was delicious and plentiful. Our Itinary changed slightly which we were informed of on the first day but the substituted tours were excellent.
I could sit here and still be singing this tours praises til next Christmas so to summarise- Definitely Recommend and looking to go to Vietnam next!

Our tour with Wendy Wu Tours was EXCELLLENT. The tour of China to visit Pandas was VERY GOODthroughout from airport arrival till departure. The tour reps were all very knowledgeable and couldn't do enough for you both as a group and individual.

Product :

We purchased through a tour operator but the Wendy Wu base in London was very good and was able ton secure for us Business Class seats therre and back through Air China (Excellent Flight). They also helped me with the Visa's as well which I thoght was very good as it could have been a mine feild.
